As you scroll through this website you
will find scenic views aplenty. The habitat pictured offers many
opportunities for varied wildlife, birds in particular. On a June day
over 30 species can be seen from the porch at the Grange. The porches
are a great place to relax; let Mother Nature weave her spell
especially for you . Hikes into the surrounding State land
extend that magic during your visit, privately or as a retreat

Not only does Grace Grange supply
superlative peace and quiet, the trails ahead can supply their own
rewards! The hills surrounding Joy Valley are traced with one and two
tracks for hikers, mountain bikers, trail riders of all sorts. If the
elusive morel is your goal, strike out over the hills to the north
east. Be on the lookout as these tasty morsels can be tough to spot.
And yes, we’ll cook ‘em up for your breakfast, lunch or dinner if you
are lucky enough to find them!
Don’t leave that companion dog at the kennel! Bring the vaccination
records and give you and your best friend a vacation together at the
Grange. Fees are $10 per day, per dog.
